Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Supervising Engineer to oversee installation and service on Liebert Air products, with emphasis on customer rapport and coordination with offices and management. Responsibilities include site work, communications with technical support, and adherence to safety and company guidelines.

The role requires HVAC expertise, technical skill, and the ability to work under supervision or independently after training. Travel and flexible schedules are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have HVAC certificate or equivalent field experience.
• Six years military experience in a related field.
• EPA refrigerant license or equivalent experience.
• Basic electrical knowledge required.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform maintenance and service tasks per guidelines.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
