Qualifications

• Nine years minimum same or similar work experience (or ten years with high school education).
• Working knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical systems, temperature controls, and HVAC expertise.
• Thorough understanding of safety procedures (OSHA, NFPA) and ability to read electrical one-lines and hydronic diagrams.
• Ability to provide technical assistance via phone and on-site customer consultation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and assist field service engineers and technicians.
• Perform complex troubleshooting and inspections on mechanical cooling and temperature control systems.
• Lead large projects including commissioning data center cooling systems and contractor support.
• Develop tests, perform estimates, prepare proposals, schedule work, and plan manpower.
• Write detailed reports and process job billing; interface with clients to support business development.
