Job summary

Vertiv in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a senior field service supervisor to oversee a defined service center area and perform regular fieldwork. You will supervise engineers, perform complex troubleshooting of data center cooling systems, and lead turnkey projects with strong client interaction.

Qualifications

• HVAC systems knowledge and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and assist other field service engineers and technicians.
• Perform complex troubleshooting on mechanical cooling apparatus and temperature control systems.
• Lead large projects such as installing contractor support and commissioning data center cooling systems.
• Develop tests and inspections in new field service areas.
• Perform job estimating, proposal preparation, fieldwork, scheduling, reports and manpower planning.
• Write detailed reports promptly and process job billing.
• Interact with clients and participate in business development activities.
