Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential HVAC service, repair, or sales.
• EPA certification; NATE certification a plus.
• Strong communication and sales ability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems during service calls.
• Identify replacement opportunities and educate homeowners on options.
• Sell new systems when appropriate to meet customers' comfort needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds long-term trust.
