Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential HVAC service, repair, or sales.
• Ability to educate customers and recommend options.
• Comfort with selling new systems during service calls.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for system replacement during service calls.
• Educate customers on options and provide professional recommendations.
