Qualifications

• Residential HVAC service, repair, or sales with 2+ years.
• Strong technical skills across a wide range of HVAC issues.
• Sales-driven with ability to recommend and close on new systems.
• Excellent communication to explain issues to customers.
• EPA and NATE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Identify replacement opportunities during service calls.
