Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. onsite role seeks an HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator to manage customer requests and schedule technicians. You will work between customers, technicians, billing, and support to ensure service jobs stay on track and are completed to customer expectations.

You will debrief technicians daily, resolve issues quickly, and support administrative tasks such as parts ordering, PO creation, and WIP reconciliation to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years in service industry operations or scheduling preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong organization and detail focus.
• Strong communication with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer requests for service.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to match technicians to needs.
• Communicate action plan and services to customers.
• Confirm work completion meets expectations and follow up.
• Answer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Debrief technicians daily and maintain communication.
• Support parts ordering, PO creation, and WIP management.
• Keep NxGen customer data current and report time/expenses.
