Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an on-site HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator in Corpus Christi, Texas.

You will receive and schedule service requests, manage technician calendars, and support billing and administrative processes to help ensure timely completion of work. Under direct supervision, you will communicate the action plan to customers, coordinate labor, and maintain up-to-date customer account information in NxGen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2–5 years in service operations or scheduling.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients.
• Capacity to manage a large, diverse set of projects and tasks with tact.
• Ability to prioritize activities by financial impact on business goals.
• Ability to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer service requests and coordinate technician schedules.
• Support billing, customer support, and administrative processes.
• Maintain daily technician schedules and ensure on-time service visits.
• Communicate action plans to customers and follow up as needed.
• Manage time and expense reporting and timesheet corrections.
• Assist with parts ordering, PO creation, and start-up support.
• Attend daily huddles and weekly planning meetings.
