Job summary

Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning in Orlando, FL is hiring a Service Scheduler - HVAC for an in-office role. You will organize daily service appointments, dispatch technicians, and keep customers informed as the service team works to keep homes comfortable.

The ideal candidate has strong scheduling and communication skills, with HVAC dispatching or related experience, and proficiency with ServiceTitan. This full-time, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule offers benefits including medical, dental, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC dispatching, scheduling, or related service coordination experience.
• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to manage multiple calls, schedules, and priorities.
• Knowledge of the greater Orlando service area or map-reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the daily schedules for service technicians.
• Dispatch technicians to residential service calls.
• Monitor job progress and reassign calls as availability changes.
• Schedule return visits once required parts are available.
• Maintain the rotating on-call schedule for technicians.
• Keep customers updated on appointment times, delays, and schedule changes.
• Enter and update customer, job, and scheduling information in ServiceTitan.
• Communicate clearly with technicians, managers, customers, and office staff.
• Ensure technicians have necessary job details, parts, and equipment.
• Prepare service invoices and technician timecards for processing.
• Provide maintenance agreement billing information to accounting.
