Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in HVAC/service or facilities maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor preferred.
• HVAC certifications (NATE, EPA 608) are a plus; valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while prospecting for new business.
• Identify customer needs and propose maintenance agreements, service plans, and energy solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by growing service agreement revenue and securing new contracts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and post-sale follow-up.
• Present HVAC services and coordinate with internal experts for technical support.
