Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales/business development for HVAC, plumbing, or related B2B services.
• Proven quota attainment and ability to manage full sales cycle.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in commercial mechanical services.
• Manage full sales cycle: needs assessment, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
• Maintain and grow accounts through upselling and renewals.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure solution delivery.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports to highlight ROI.
• Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Stay current on industry trends, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
