Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service sales or related commercial HVAC experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, service operations, and maintenance programs.
• Excellent B2B and outside sales skills with proven lead generation.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a 'Hunter' mentality.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively and professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals in the HVAC sector.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
