Job summary

Modigent is seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative to build long-lasting relationships with commercial HVAC clients, proactively selling maintenance agreements and service solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, develop pipelines, prepare proposals, and deliver top-notch customer service to drive revenue growth.

The role blends relationship-building, consultative selling, and inside/outside sales within our nationwide Modigent family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in service sales or related field.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Primarily office-based with regular local travel to customer sites; ability to walk job sites as needed.
• Professional office setting with frequent customer visits; must adhere to safety protocols on active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect for new business and develop a strong pipeline of future sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients; understand their needs.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, pricing proposals, and service agreements for HVAC offerings.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiations.
• Collaborate with Service Support and internal experts to provide value-driven solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of proposals and accurate forecasting in CRM.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external clients and internal teams.
• Attend industry events and internal sales meetings to enhance product knowledge.
