Job summary

EMCOR Services Betlem is seeking an HVAC Service Project Manager to build lasting relationships with service customers and oversee account management, quotes, and coordination of resources across projects.

You will coordinate with regional teams and vendors, ensure proposals detail scope and lead times, review billings, and support the sales team in securing new business within the existing customer base. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• AAS degree or equivalent HVAC experience.
• 3–5 years of HVAC technical experience.
• Ability to quote HVAC repairs.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel to coordinate multi-market teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with service customers.
• Quote service repairs and oversee execution.
• Coordinate with regional teams or vendors.
• Ensure proposals detail scope, lead times, exclusions.
• Review billings weekly.
• Facilitate communication between customer and account manager.
• Assist sales in securing new business within existing customers.
• Coordinate subcontractors as required.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions.
