Harris is seeking a Service Assistant Project Manager to support HVAC service projects across all phases, ensuring standards, budget, and deadlines are met while maintaining clear communications. You will handle document control, RFIs, field coordination, and project closeout documentation, with procurement support and labor tracking.

The role involves assisting in identifying changes to scope, coordinating with purchasing, and helping grow future project opportunities through strong industry

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in the building and construction industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
• Business administration and management principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support during all phases of HVAC service projects.
• Document control: log and distribute contract documents and shop drawings.
• Attend field coordination meetings and distribute notes.
• Assist in procurement and cost tracking, including RFIs.
• Support project closeout documentation and owner training.
