Qualifications

• Associate's degree or journeyman level required.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field desirable.
• 2+ years in building and construction industry.
• 2+ years of experience with mechanical systems.
• 2+ years of experience with business administration and management principles.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals.

Responsibilities

• Perform site walkthroughs and assist in safety compliance.
• Review, log and distribute contract documents and shop drawings/submittals.
• Assist in drafting, submitting and tracking RFIs and responses.
• Attend field coordination meetings and distribute notes.
• Assist in administration of project quality control program and closeout docs.
• Administer/update progress drawings and as-built drawings.
• Assist in estimating and preplanning meetings and proposals.
• Develop industry relationships to support future project sales.
