FirstCall Group seeks a Service Manager to lead day-to-day service operations, ensuring high-quality, on-budget completion of service projects, maintenance agreements, and repairs. You will manage staff, train technicians, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and efficiency across a broad service portfolio.

This role requires strong leadership, financial accountability, and the ability to coordinate with dispatch and field teams to achieve monthly company goals and growth in

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience leading a safety-focused culture.
• Experience estimating and presenting service quotes.
• Active EPA certificate.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop the staff, including hiring, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Assess technicians' skills to assign appropriate work and identify training needs.
• Assist in developing training procedures and work methods.
• Identify opportunities for team improvement and coach for customer satisfaction and sales goals.
• Assist dispatch to select technicians for service types.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Hold regular 1-on-1 meetings to review progress and goals.
• Order and dispense materials and equipment for jobs.
• Create and manage service repair projects from approval to completion.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of vehicles and ensure safety compliance.
