Job summary

FirstCall Group in Boston is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative to drive service growth and profitability. You will initiate and build profitable relationships between new customers and FirstCall Group, focusing on service offerings, renewals, and decarbonization initiatives.

You will engage with Facility Directors, present tailored proposals, and close deals through compelling solutions, while expanding market presence and maintaining strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial and/or industrial HVAC sales experience.
• 2+ years of experience selling HVAC PMs and retrofit projects.
• Aptitude for technical knowledge with high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation skills capable of engaging individuals and groups.
• Experience selling service and maintenance.
• Exposure to sales methodologies, standards, and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and qualify prospective customers; leverage networks to uncover new leads.
• Contacts prospective customers and schedules appointments.
• Build a referral network to identify new customers.
• Propose solutions to customers focusing on digital service offerings, sustainability, and decarbonization.
• Finalize proposals and secure customer commitments to FirstCall Group solutions.
• Develop and implement territory marketing plans aligned with company strategy.
• Maintain account progress using BuildOps and other tools.
