Job summary

FirstCall Mechanical is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department in the Lebanon area. You will manage staff, schedule work, and ensure on-time, on-budget project completions.

The role requires 5-7 years of management experience, EPA certification, and strong leadership with P&L familiarity. You will oversee field technicians, drive customer satisfaction, and coordinate with dispatch and maintenance contracts. A company vehicle and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of management experience, or field experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Active EPA certificate and strong P&L awareness.
• Proven track record leading a safety-focused culture and supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff, including hiring, discipline, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Oversee service dispatch, technician assignments, and project planning.
• Manage maintenance contracts, quotes, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor materials, inventory, and vehicle maintenance; ensure safety compliance.
