Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned leader for our HVAC service branch in Raleigh. You will own day-to-day service operations, drive branch performance, and foster a safety-first culture focused on customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

Lead with a coaching mindset, partner with truck-based managers and service staff, and ensure accurate forecasting, training, and effective process execution across all service lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in service operations or dispatch/scheduling.
• 5+ years HVAC industry experience with increasing responsibility.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tact and persistence.
• Capable of relating financial impact to business goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with service management and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HVAC service operations and branch processes to meet customer and financial goals.
• Forecast, analyze, and drive service processes with other managers and staff.
• Supervise service support teams including account management, asset control, invoicing, and file maintenance.
• Coach and support branch teams in applying standard methodologies and tools.
• Ensure delivery standards align with company objectives for profitable growth.
• Handle additional duties to enhance customer satisfaction and service strategy execution.
