Johnson Controls in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead service account activity across the team’s customer base, with a focus on profitability, productivity, customer satisfaction, and safety program compliance. You will oversee budgeting, staffing, training, and warranty resolutions, while partnering with branch leadership to grow the business.

A strong background in HVAC, customer service, and MS Office is required.

Qualificações

• Technical school training or equivalent experience in HVAC or building controls.
• Three or more years of management experience in a similar service deliverable environment.
• Strong ability to prioritize work activities, manage scheduling, and lead a diverse team.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and negotiating skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic financial accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a basic Windows environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead service customer account activity and drive growth in L&M and Planned Services.
• Set and monitor gross margin delivery, profitability, and service performance.
• Drive L&M growth through Technicians and Team Leads and ensure service execution.
• Resolve warranty-related issues and ensure commitments are met.
• Review and approve L&M quotations aligned with business expectations.
• Manage customer relationship development and satisfaction through follow-up.
• Support employee development, retention, hiring, training, and transitions.
• Maintain staffing levels to support current and new business needs.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable and fleet/tools inventory.
• Ensure consistency of service delivery through audits and supervision.
