Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, dispatching, and communication between internal teams, field personnel, and customers.
• Monitor work orders and job status to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records in service management systems, prioritizing Fieldpoint Service Manager.
• Assist with tracking materials, equipment, and service documentation.
• Provide professional responses to customer inquiries and scheduling updates.
• Collaborate with team to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
