Qualifications

5+ years of residential HVAC leadership or service management.
Proven experience leading and developing service technicians.
Strong knowledge of diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.
Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential HVAC Service Technicians.
Oversee daily service department operations for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Conduct rides-alongs, coaching, and performance reviews.
Monitor KPIs like revenue, ticket size, callbacks, and first-time fix rate.
Collaborate with Dispatch, Install, Sales, and Operations teams.
Recruit, onboard, and train new technicians.
Schedule and prioritize workflows to maximize utilization.
Ensure safety protocols and service standards.
