Job summary
Samm's Heating & Air Conditioning in Plano, TX seeks an HVAC Service Manager to lead our elite service team. You will drive day-to-day operations, mentor technicians, and shape a customer-focused culture while boosting department profitability.
Ideal candidates have EPA Universal certification, TDLR registration, and prior lead or supervisory HVAC experience. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, a performance-based bonus, and opportunities to grow with a family-founded company
Qualifications
- EPA Universal certification at time of hire.
- Registered with TDLR.
- Proven HVAC technician experience with lead/ supervisory roles.
- Strong coaching and staff development abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day service department operations.
- Ensure technicians have parts, tools, and information.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train technicians.
- Host regular tech meetings and training sessions.
- Conduct weekly ride-alongs and coaching sessions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Review invoices for accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Provide hands-on technical support for complex issues.
