Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential HVAC, with management preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of technicians.
• Strong diagnostic skills on residential and light commercial equipment.
• Ability to train technicians on diagnostic techniques.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and sales drive.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a high-volume service department.
• Schedule and allocate workload to optimize technician productivity.
• Hire, lead, and train technicians in technical and sales areas.
• Teach sales techniques and new service methods to staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with office, sales, and field teams.
• Document all calls and jobs per company standards and report on team performance.
