Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC service with leadership experience, EPA 608 and NATE certifications preferred, and a strong focus on safety, customer service, and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of HVAC service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• EPA Section 608 certification and NATE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor HVAC service technicians, conducting team meetings, ride-alongs, and performance reviews.
• Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and job assignments, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and local and state HVAC regulations.
• Collaborate with dispatch and customer service to optimize technician schedules and job flow.
• Handle escalated customer issues and review estimates, invoices, and technician recommendations for accuracy.
• Track departmental KPIs and monitor job costing, labor utilization, and profitability.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and recommendations for leadership review.
