Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee daily service operations, mentor technicians, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. The role blends hands-on field support with office leadership to optimize dispatch, scheduling, inventory, billing, and profitability.

The ideal candidate has a residential HVAC background, strong troubleshooting skills, and proven leadership ability to drive performance and service excellence across the team.

Qualifications

• Texas TDLR HVAC license required.
• Extensive residential HVAC installation, service and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience supervising HVAC technicians or service ops.
• Strong understanding of service dept profitability.
• Experience with dispatching, scheduling, inventory and billing.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization and time management.
• Ability to provide hands-on guidance and mentor technicians.
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HVAC service operations, scheduling, dispatching and job completion.
• Ensure service calls meet quality standards and profitability.
• Monitor department performance, expenses, and billing processes.
• Coach and mentor technicians; conduct ride-alongs and on-site guidance.
• Inspect vehicles, tools, and equipment for compliance.
• Promote accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Address customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
