Qualifications

• Experience leading HVAC service teams.

• Proficiency with service management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure timely, quality service.
• Train and coach technicians to meet company standards and performance goals.
• Develop and implement service policies for efficiency and safety.
• Monitor calls and feedback to sustain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales and installation teams for smooth service transitions.
• Manage inventory, equipment procurement, and budgets for the department.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
