The role requires HVAC expertise, leadership, and effective communication to mentor staff, manage budgets, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC training preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians to deliver service excellence.
• Coordinate daily service schedules and improve technician productivity.
• Manage escalated customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor the service department budget and profitability.
• Evaluate service processes and implement HVAC best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and proper documentation.
