Wisler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is seeking an HVAC Service Manager in Rocky Mount, VA to drive the service team's profitability and performance. You will oversee technicians, schedule work, and manage budgets to meet goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Service Leader, you will develop team leaders and field staff, manage expenses and forecasting, and implement targeted training programs.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 years HVAC service or skilled-trades experience
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and employee development skills
• Experience managing budgets, expenses, and job profitability
• Strong scheduling, staffing, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop team leaders and technicians; ensure performance goals and operational standards are met; conduct team meetings, one-on-ones, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations.
• Manage expenses, staffing levels, supply chain, equipment maintenance, budgets, forecasts, and job costing to maintain profitability and budget goals.
• Create, coordinate, and implement effective training programs tailored to the needs and learning abilities of team members.
• Ensure company vehicles, equipment, and other assets are secure, properly maintained, and used effectively.
