Job summary

Rock Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical in Littleton, CO is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department and drive revenue through service contracts, maintenance agreements, and equipment sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service operations and proven success in HVAC service sales.
• EPA certification is highly preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components.
• Demonstrated sales skills with a track record of achieving targets and revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team motivation abilities.
• Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in HVAC service management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities
