Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Proven ability to lead Installers and Apprentices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read installation requirements and SOPs.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organized with multiple projects management.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HVAC installation projects to ensure safety, efficiency, on schedule and quality standards.
- Partner with the HVAC Manager to direct field teams and resolve issues.
- Coach installers and apprentices and coordinate with customers and vendors.
