Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience in HVAC service management or team leadership.
• Deep knowledge of residential HVAC systems and service processes.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance field support with administrative duties.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the residential HVAC service department, managing day-to-day field operations.
• Supervise and mentor a team of HVAC technicians to maintain performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive team accountability and create a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage technician schedules, dispatch logistics, and job prioritization to maximize efficiency.
• Provide direction and support for troubleshooting, installations, and repairs.
• Monitor department KPIs and service metrics, implementing process improvements where needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize service delivery and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and company protocols.
• Address escalated customer concerns and ensure service excellence from start to finish.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts to build a strong and reliable team.
