Job summary

Heritage Home Service in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire (North Hampton) seeks an HVAC Service & Maintenance Trade Manager to lead a team of service and maintenance technicians, ensuring safe, high‑quality, and efficient service delivery.

You will coach technicians, manage scheduling and KPIs, and collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and sales to provide outstanding experiences while advancing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Several years of HVAC service and maintenance experience with strong technical foundation.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred within HVAC.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze department performance metrics and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop HVAC service and maintenance technicians through daily huddles, meetings, ride-alongs, and IDPs.
• Oversee daily scheduling and execution of service calls and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor dispatch efficiency, technician productivity, and workforce utilization.
• Ensure service agreements are delivered consistently and meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and sales to provide seamless experiences.
• Drive KPIs related to revenue, membership growth, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Promote safety standards, conduct audits, and address escalated issues promptly.
• Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting complex systems and stay current on HVAC trends.
• Support training initiatives and foster continuous improvement.
