Heritage Home Service is seeking an HVAC Service & Maintenance Trade Manager to lead a team of technicians in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire at our North Hampton location. You will drive service excellence, coach staff, and partner with other departments to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role focuses on operational leadership, safety, and continuous improvement, with responsibilities across scheduling, performance metrics, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Several years of HVAC service and maintenance experience with leadership experience.
• Strong coaching and performance management capabilities.
• Experience managing service operations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop HVAC service and maintenance technicians through daily huddles, meetings, ride-alongs, coaching, and IDPs.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.
• Foster a positive, accountable culture aligned with company values; onboard and retain top talent.
• Oversee scheduling and execution of service calls and preventive maintenance; monitor dispatch and productivity.
• Ensure service agreements are delivered consistently and meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and sales to deliver seamless experiences.
• Drive KPIs for revenue, membership growth, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Promote safety standards; conduct audits and QA inspections; manage escalated issues.
