IsoTalent is seeking a Maryland-based HVAC Manager to lead the service team in Frederick, MD. You will supervise technicians, manage daily scheduling, and elevate service quality across the HVAC division, with a growth plan to expand the team from 4-5 to as many as 8 technicians.

Qualifications

• Maryland HVACR license required; Master or Master Restricted preferred
• EPA Section 608 certification appropriate to refrigerant duties
• 5+ years HVAC industry experience
• 2+ years supervisory/leadership/service-ops experience
• Strong residential HVAC troubleshooting across furnaces, central air, heat pumps, electrical, refrigeration, and controls

Responsabilités

• Run daily HVAC service operations: scheduling, dispatching, workload assignments
• Coach, train, and evaluate technicians; provide technical support on complex issues
• Review work orders, service reports, diagnostics, photos, and invoices for accuracy
• Conduct field inspections, ride-alongs, and safety meetings to maintain quality
• Track productivity, labor, overtime, revenue, and costs; report via scorecards
• Address customer escalations through to resolution; collaborate with installation and related teams
