Job summary

Talent Harbor is seeking an HVAC Field Service Manager in Lanham, MD to lead a team of 3 Team Leads and ~21 field technicians. You will serve as the primary technical resource and mentor staff while coordinating with sales and operations on job scopes.

The role requires a Journeyman HVAC license, Steamfitters Local 602 membership or willingness to join, and 5+ years of commercial HVAC service with supervisory experience. A clean driving record and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman HVAC license (or higher).
• Current Steamfitters Local 602 membership (or willing to join).
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience with field supervisory experience.
• Clean driving record & background check for school/gov access.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field execution, answer tech calls, and help troubleshoot diagnostics.
• Walk job sites with sales/operations to verify scopes and assign the right skill sets.
• Assess field skills, run internal training, and foster a team-first, high-trust culture.
