Qualifications

• Three or more years of management experience in a service delivery environment.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and negotiating skills.
• Demonstrated competence in written and verbal communication.
• Basic financial accounting experience.
• MS Office products and Windows environment proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead service customer account activity and drive growth in L&M and Planned Services Agreements.
• Set and monitor gross margin delivery, profitability, and service performance.
• Drive L&M growth through Technicians and Team Leads with strong execution.
• Lead resolution of warranty-related issues and ensure service commitments are met.
• Review and approve L&M quotations per business expectations.
• Manage customer relationship development and satisfaction through follow-up and communication.
• Support employee development, retention, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
• Oversee staffing levels to support current and new business needs.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable activities tied to service operation.
• Procure and maintain fleet and tools inventory to support field execution.
• Ensure delivery systems consistency through supervision and audits of service teams.
• Conduct formal performance reviews and address day-to-day performance issues.
• Support safety performance and program compliance across the team.
