Qualifications

• Technical school training or equivalent experience in HVAC or building controls.
• Three or more years of management experience in a similar service deliverable environment.
• Strong ability to prioritize work, schedule, and lead a diverse team.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and negotiating skills.
• Demonstrated competence in written and verbal communication.
• Basic financial accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a basic Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead service customer account activity and drive growth in L&M and Planned Services.
• Set and monitor gross margin delivery, profitability, and service performance.
• Drive L&M growth through Technicians and Team Leads while ensuring execution.
• Lead resolution of warranty-related issues and service commitments.
• Review and approve L&M quotations per business expectations.
• Manage customer relationship development and satisfaction through follow-up.
• Support employee development, retention, hiring, training, and onboarding.
• Maintain staffing levels to support current and new business needs.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, AP, and AR activities tied to service ops.
• Procure and maintain fleet and tools inventory for field execution.
• Audit and ensure consistency of service delivery systems.
• Conduct formal performance reviews and address day-to-day issues.
• Support safety performance and program compliance across the team.
