Qualifications

• Technical school training or equivalent experience in the HVAC or building controls industry.
• Three or more years of management experience in a similar service deliverable environment.
• Strong ability to prioritize work activities for the team, manage scheduling, and lead a diverse team.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and negotiating skills.
• Demonstrated competence in written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic financial accounting experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products and a basic Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead service customer account activity for the team’s customer base and drive growth in Labor and Materials.
• Set and monitor customer account gross margin delivery, profitability, and service performance.
• Drive L&M growth through Technicians and Team Leads while supporting service execution.
• Lead resolution of warranty‑related customer issues and ensure service commitments are met.
• Review and approve L&M quotations in line with business expectations.
• Maintain staffing levels to support current work and new business needs.
