Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air in Eugene, Oregon seeks an HVAC Service Manager to lead a high-performance residential service team. You will coach technicians in the field, set high standards for service quality, and drive results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will own service operations, participate in daily dispatch collaboration, and shape culture through accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC service technician experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role within residential HVAC or home services.
• Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing technicians.
• EPA certification required; additional certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the residential HVAC service team with focus on performance, quality, and customer experience.
• Coach technicians through field coaching and accountability.
• Drive service performance outcomes: revenue, margin, conversion, customer satisfaction.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and retention of top technicians.
• Manage daily service operations in partnership with dispatch and support teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Utilize ServiceTitan data to drive performance decisions.
