Ultimate-Heating- seeks a Service Manager to own the HVAC service results in the Treasure Valley. You will lead a residential service team, drive revenue, improve technician performance, and build a culture where people stay and win together.

Responsibilities include coaching on sales and customer experience, setting high standards, and mentoring technicians into leadership roles. You will partner across departments to keep operations sharp.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HVAC service leadership or management.
• Experience coaching technicians to increase sales and performance.
• Ability to turn service data into coaching and actions.

Responsibilities

• Grow department revenue, conversion, and average ticket.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the service team.
• Set and maintain operational standards for quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with dispatch, sales, install, and ops leads.
