Job summary

- Proven ability to work with Sales, Dispatch, Service, and leadership to align goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop installation teams and department leaders.
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, and underground installation operations.
- Hold the installation department accountable for revenue, profitability, efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
- Monitor KPIs and use data to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales to align scope, readiness, and customer expectations.
- Improve processes and systems as the department grows.
