You will coach, develop, and hold the team accountable, driving results in revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing service technician experience.
• 3+ years in leadership or management role within residential plumbing or home services.
• Strong technical plumbing knowledge and field credibility.
• Experience measuring and improving service KPIs (revenue, margin, conversion, customer satisfaction).
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service management platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a residential plumbing service team focused on results, quality, and customer experience.
• Own service outcomes—revenue, margin, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Hire, onboard, develop, and retain high-quality technicians.
• Lead from the field through ride-alongs, coaching, and real-time feedback.
• Develop technicians into confident, consistent professionals with strong technical skills and a customer-first approach.
• Reinforce expectations around service quality, sales performance, and communication.
• Identify performance gaps and address them directly through coaching and accountability.
