Job summary

Eagle Brand Consulting, a family-owned mechanical contractor in San Antonio, seeks a commercially minded HVAC service leader to own a $9M service division and drive it toward $15M in annual revenue. The role reports to the President and commands full P&L authority.

The GM will balance operations (60%) and account development (40%), improve margins, strengthen customer relationships, and elevate field-service standards across a 19-person technician team, with onsite leadership and support staff.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, systems, controls, maintenance, and service operations.
• Proven leadership of HVAC service teams with improvements in service quality, accountability, productivity, or profitability.
• Commercial judgment and financial fluency, including service budgets and margins.

Responsibilities

• Own division financial and operating results including revenue, gross margin, labor efficiency, pricing, budgets, and profitability.
• Lead service operations and a field team of 19 technicians through field supervisors and office support.
• Set and enforce field-service quality, safety, and execution standards; coach leaders and address underperformance.
• Visit job sites and work with field teams to resolve issues before they become costly rework.
• Deepen relationships with commercial maintenance customers and turn service findings into follow-on work and growth.
• Improve workforce planning, training, technician development, service processes, and resource utilization.
• Partner with the President and leadership team on growth planning and operational improvement.
