Qualifications

• 10+ years leading B2C and B2B teams.
• 8+ years leading fast-paced service organizations with growth.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 4–6 years experience; Master’s preferred.
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assumes full operational responsibility for profit and loss.
• Establishes a culture of high customer satisfaction among service center personnel.
• Administers company policies and procedures across the service center.
• Conducts annual performance evaluations and salary reviews.
• Prepares forecasts, budgets, and reports; manages paperwork flow.
• Recruits, selects, and trains service center staff.
• Performs financial analysis to identify trends and take corrective actions.
• Optimizes the service center to operate efficiently and meet goals.
• Develops new programs and executes plans to meet sales objectives.
• Keeps abreast of competitors and shares best practices across the organization.
• Collaborates with local management to maintain safety and sales practices in the field.
• Spends at least 5% of time in the field to gain perspective.
• Manages three or more front-line managers overseeing sales and service teams.
