Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Manager, Field Operations to lead the Field Management team, set objectives, and ensure on-time installs. You’ll coordinate technicians, manage permits, and maintain documentation to meet customer expectations and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training; NATE cert preferred.
• 6+ years servicing/installing residential HVAC equipment.
• Valid licensing/certification per local laws.
• Proven leadership and capability to train others.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Proficient with reading wiring diagrams and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead field management team to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Schedule installs, coordinate technicians and crews.
• Handle permits, paperwork and customer signatures.
• Monitor inventory, parts, and equipment usage.
• Train staff on safety, products, and processes; conduct reviews.
• Provide exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically.
