You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain office organization while ensuring timely communication and efficient dispatch operations. This is an in-office role requiring 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Two years HVAC industry dispatcher experience.
• Ability to multitask.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Typing at least 50 WPM.
• Computer and MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Positive personality.

• Independently prioritize tasks.
• Reliable transportation.
