Dee Cramer is seeking a Service Dispatcher to coordinate daily HVAC service operations by connecting customers, technicians, and account managers. You will manage calls, schedule actions, and ensure timely updates while maintaining organized work orders.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, collaboration, and proactive communication in a fast-paced service environment. A high school diploma and Excel proficiency are required, with prior dispatch or call-center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer service calls and gather the information necessary to determine appropriate service needs.
• Coordinate and assign daily service calls to technicians while modifying schedules as priorities change.
• Review technician-completed work documentation and verify that work order information is accurate and complete.
• Plan and schedule service activities by evaluating weather conditions, workload demands, and business priorities.
• Process parts orders as needed to support service operations.
• Communicate between Account Managers and Field Technicians to provide updates regarding service work order status.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
