Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer service calls and gather the information necessary to determine appropriate service needs.
• Coordinate and assign daily service calls to technicians while modifying schedules as priorities change.
• Review technician-completed work documentation and verify that work order information is accurate and complete.
• Plan and schedule service activities by evaluating weather conditions, workload demands, and business priorities.
• Process parts orders as needed to support service operations.
• Communicate between Account Managers and Field Technicians to provide updates regarding service work order status.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience in dispatching and/or a call center setting.
• Previous exposure to the HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of Sage, BuildOps, and/or Tech Tool software is a plus.
